  As per the requirement of the staff for the next academic year, the posts are advertised in daily newspapers (both English & Vernacular) giving specific details like posts, subjects, last date, essential & desirable qualifications etc. After the last date, applications are scrutinized and shortlisted candidates are called for personal interview and discussion. Selected candidates are put on probation for one year which may be extended for one more year. In exceptional cases probation period may be waived. Apart from classified ad in newspapers, based on immediate requirement, candidates may be call through placement agencies etc.
