NCSC 2018.....
It is a proud moment for Airport school family as two students of Airport school Ahmedabad created history. Shreya Gayan - an efficient group leader and her partner Harshita Chhabria are now officially the part of Gujarat team convoy for 106th National Children Science Congress. They were guided by Ms Arpita Dave - PGT Biology. The focal theme of NCSC 2018 was "Innovation in science and technology for clean, green and healthy India". These students did extensive research and survey as part of their project titled "Comparative study of vector borne and water borne diseases" starting from August itself. Three months of hardwork and dedication paid off as they are selected for next round of competition and will represent Gujarat at Bhubaneshwar,Orissa for National level presentation to be held from December 27th December to 1st January 2019... 18,000 schools participated at district level in Gujarat, out of which 350 schools were selected for state level competition held on 3rd December at Gujarat Vidyapith out of which only 26 schools are taken further to National level. From Ahmedabad only two schools will be represnting their project at National stage and one of them is "Airport School Ahmedabad". Shreya Gayan as being the group leader will represent Airport School Ahmedabad at National level. Congratulations to all the students and best of luck for future endeavors.
