Day #4 Mediation a way to reduce stress and develop concentration, students of classes I to X practiced Meditation during morning assembly followed by karate demonstration. Using Karate demonstration, it was explained how karate skills can be used for self defense and to improve physical & mental health. Students were astonished to see breaking of tube lights and tiles by black belt holders. Later, students of class VI to IX prepared variety of no heat no bake dishes and cooking without fire while primary section enjoyed watching science fiction movies and motivational videos . Beating the summer heat students of class X played a cricket match.
